GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Karlise In-Home Care, LLC's goals and objectives are:
1. To provide essential health and welfare services.
2. To provide the highest performance and most cost efficient health care in the client's place of residence.
3. To facilitate the attainment of optimal client outcomes for each individual receiving
care and services from Karlise In-Home Care, LLC.
4. To allow family members to remain together as long as feasible.
5. To assist the client and family to maintain as normal a lifestyle as possible.
6. To augment care and services provided by our community, hospitals, nursing
homes and other community and government agencies, through provision of
home health care.
7. To provide employment opportunities for individuals in a fair, safe and
professional business atmosphere with equal opportunity for all.
8. To ethically manage all organizational relationships with the client and the
public.
Toward achievement of these goals, Karlise In-Home Care, LLC will annually identify specific measurable goals and actions or plans. Administrative and clinical staff will
participate and have input into this review and planning process.
